Crème au Caramel

Creme au Caramel

During our trip to St. Malo, Bretagne, France in Sept. 2004, we had a chance to taste the famous French desert, pudding au caramel. After returning home, Bu Sui made this desert. It is elegant and sweet. They come in many variations.

Ingridients: caster sugar, milk, eggs, custard and salt. You also need a little bit of water to make the caramel syrup.
