Sambal ABC

I think I have to create our favourite chile sauce as one blog posting. Its taste is so delicious that no other chile sauces can come close to it. I am not from the Indofood company, nor promoting their products, but it's true that they have good ones.

Variance: sambal asli (the original one), sambal seafood, tropical chile, extra pedas (extra hot) and sambal Lampung (one region in Indonesia)

Note: sambal (in Indonesian) means chile paste (or sauce).

Ingredients: (from the original one) Fresh Red Chile, Water, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Acetic Acid, Tapioca Starch, Sodium Benzoate.
